Shray Projects is recognised as one of the leading Real Estate Broking firms in North India and is based out of Connaught Place, New Delhi. Set up in 1980’s by Late Mr. Sandeep Verma, one of the leading veterans of Real Estate, the firm has now become a leading broking house in the country. From executing some of the most notable transactions in Indian corporate & real estate history to numerous corporate and individual real estate transactions, the company has endured trust and ethical professionalism in one of the most fragmented markets in the world.

Working with more than 100+ Indian and international brands and thousands of individual transactions has ensured a strong understanding of the vital elements and processes required to achieve successful real estate transactions. We stand by clients as their confidant for all real estate needs.

We have been exposed to colonising since the early days of Gurugram and have been successful at underwriting and being the sole marketing agent for numerous projects in gurugram such as Ardee City, Suncity, Metropolitan Mall, Sahara Mall, Gold souk and the list extends to 25+ projects in total.

About the Founder:

Shray Projects was founded by Late Mr. Sandeep Verma, a veterans of Real Estate, in 1989. Learning from his experience at Ansals, he saw a critical opportunity in real estate as the country’s economy and infrastructure was undergoing massive changes. His vision led to fruition and with his blessings, Shray Projects has grown multifold over the years with broking operations focused at New Delhi and NCR.
