Golf Course Road is not a new market. It is the reference point against which every other Gurugram corridor is measured. Running 14 kilometres south from Sikanderpur through Sectors 42, 43, 53, 54, 55, and 56, it was built project by project over forty years — first The Aralias, then The Magnolias, then The Camellias, and now The Dahlias. The result is a corridor where land has run out, new supply is near zero, and prices run from ₹21,000 per sq. ft. for premium apartments to ₹1,00,000 per sq. ft. for the most exclusive addresses. If you are comparing Gurugram corridors, this is the ceiling you are benchmarking against.
Golf Course Road derives its name from the DLF Golf and Country Club, which runs alongside significant sections of the corridor. The club is not incidental to the address — it is the social anchor around which the resident profile was built. Members are predominantly CXOs of multinational corporations, diplomatic staff, and returning NRIs. The corridor sits in the heart of Gurugram, flanked by Cyber City to the north-west and well connected to NH-48 to the south.
The sectors along Golf Course Road — 42, 43, 53, 54, 55, and 56 — represent Gurugram’s most mature residential addresses. DLF built the first generation of ultra-luxury projects here in the early 2000s and has continued to set pricing benchmarks with every successive launch. The Rapid Metro Phase II, operational since 2017, runs directly above the road with five stations covering the full corridor length.
In 2025–26, the corridor is functionally a resale market. Almost no new-build land remains. The notable exception is Godrej Properties, which has committed significant capital to Sector 53 with Godrej Samaris — the only large-format new-build on the core corridor currently available below ₹65 crore. DLF’s upcoming Hamilton Court 2 is expected to launch in the second half of FY27, which will establish the corridor’s next mid-luxury benchmark.
Golf Course Road does not have a single price point. It has two distinct segments — premium luxury and ultra-luxury — and mixing them up leads to poor decisions. Here is the full picture.

The Rapid Metro Phase II, operational since 2017, runs 6.6 km along the corridor with five dedicated stations: DLF Phase 1, Sector 42–43, Sector 53–54, Sector 54 Chowk, and Sector 55–56. Trains run from 6:05 AM to 10:00 PM with peak frequency of every 4–5 minutes. At Sikanderpur, the Rapid Metro connects to the Delhi Metro Yellow Line, providing access to Delhi, HUDA City Centre, and the airport link. The Sector 53–54 station is approximately 0.8 km from Godrej Samaris — walkable for daily commuters.
